I didn't take the straight road to AI product management — but the detours are what make me good at it.
Growing up in Dhaka, studying abroad in Australia, working my way through university, and building a career in tax technology taught me one thing above everything else: how to figure things out when there's no manual.
At Orbitax, I lead the product development of XatBot — an AI tax assistant serving global firms across 195+ jurisdictions. My most significant contribution has been designing the RAG knowledge architecture that grounds XatBot's AI responses from scratch. I researched the problem independently, identified why generic AI approaches fail in regulated environments, and built a structured knowledge system that lets the AI answer accurately regardless of how vaguely a user asks.
I sit at the intersection of AI behaviour, structured knowledge, and enterprise SaaS — translating complex domain requirements into AI systems that don't just sound smart, but actually are.

- Architected the RAG knowledge system for XatBot from scratch — researching the problem independently and designing a structured content framework so the AI accurately answers questions regardless of how vaguely they are asked
- Defined AI governance and response boundaries — establishing tone, content limits, and hallucination prevention frameworks to ensure zero uncontrolled web responses in a regulated tax environment
- Translated complex international tax concepts including BEPS 2.0, Global Minimum Tax logic, and Safe Harbour tests into structured, AI-consumable knowledge
- Own the product roadmap for four enterprise tools — XatBot, Executable Actions Tool, Activity Tracking & Data Tracing, and Tax Provision
